From 1991 to 2000: Mobile homes started to be widely used. The leading products were waterbrushed mobile homes and magnesite mobile homes. Ancillary products include wooden mobile homes, color steel sandwich panel mobile homes, and so on.
From 2001 to the present: The application of color steel mobile homes has increased rapidly at this stage, and the leading product is color steel sandwich panel mobile homes. The remaining products are in a diversified subsidiary development pattern, and integrated residences have begun to be applied, but their market development is relatively slow.
Generally speaking, integrated houses can be divided into two types, mobile houses and integrated houses, while mobile houses can also be divided into disassembled houses and mobile houses. The standardization of demolished houses is already quite high. 90% of the house manufacturing work is done in the factory.
