Rock wool Sandwich Panel, also known as rock wool thermal insulation decorative board, is an inorganic fiberboard made of basalt as the main raw material and processed by high-temperature melting.

Characteristic


1. Fire prevention

The raw material of outer wall rock wool board is natural volcanic rock, which is non combustible building material and fireproof material.

Main fire protection characteristics:

1) it has the highest fire protection level A1, which can effectively prevent the fire spreading.

2) the size is very stable and will not stretch, shrink or deform in the fire.

3) high temperature resistance, melting point higher than 1000 ℃.

4) no smoke or combustion droplets / debris will be generated in the fire.

5) substances and gases harmful to the environment will not be released in the fire.


2. Thermal insulation

The fiber of outer wall rock wool board is slender and flexible, and the content of slag ball is low. Therefore, it has low thermal conductivity and excellent heat preservation effect.


3. Sound absorption and noise reduction

Rock wool is an ideal sound insulation material. A large number of slender fibers form a porous connection structure, which determines that Shida rock wool is an excellent sound-absorbing and noise reducing material.


4. Hydrophobicity

The moisture absorption rate of rock wool is less than 0.2% in the environment of high relative humidity. According to astmc1104 or astm1104m, the moisture absorption rate is less than 0.3%.


6. Non corrosive

The chemical properties of rock wool are stable, pH value is 7-8, neutral or weakly alkaline, which is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel,

Aluminum and other metal materials are free of corrosion.


7. Safety and environmental protection

Rock wool does not contain asbestos, CFC, HFC, HCFC and other substances harmful to the environment. Will not be corroded or produce mildew and bacteria. (rock wool has been recognized as a non carcinogen by the international authority of cancer research)
