a. The transportation vehicle must be in good condition and the bottom of the carriage should be flat and clean.
b. The bottom layer of the board is to be reversed. The topmost board is facing up. The sandwich panels should be compactly stacked, to prevent damage caused by extrusion deformation and abrasion during transportation.
c. Bundling ropes or straps should not be in direct contact with the plate at the corners. The straps and the corners of the product must be padded with retaining edges, and pay attention to the strength of the binding to prevent the product from distortion.
d. After the sandwich panels are loaded, the driver should check to ensure that the two sides of the car are kept in balance and that there is no obvious skew.
e. Loading should take effective measures to prevent rain and snow.
a. During the transportation, please ensure that your drive as smooth as possible on a solid and smooth road; drive smoothly, do not violently start, brake, or bend; if you are on an uphill, downhill, or sharp bend during transportation, please slow down.
b. During long-distance transportation, the condition of the goods should be checked from time to time. If an abnormality occurs, measures should be taken to correct them in time to avoid accidents.
c. Panels should be protected from pressure or any mechanical damage and away from open fire.
3. Unload and Transfer
a. When the sandwich panel arrives, please check the quality, length, transportation damage, etc. of the product. If any damage is found, please mark it on the receipt and ask the driver to sign it, and be responsible for providing damage instructions.
b. Please unload the sandwich panel on a solid and flat ground, and use a special machine to unload the cargo. The surface of the tool that is in direct contact with the cargo should be covered with a cushion layer to avoid damage to the cargo.
c. Manual unloading and handling: please wear protective gloves to avoid surface wear and ensure safety; carefully carry the cargo, put all the bottoms up with both hands, do not lift the top panel separately, avoid tearing the plate; do not drag to avoid scratching the board surface; avoid bending of the board, otherwise it will cause the inner filling material of the board fracture and deformation of the surface of the board.
a. The place where the product is stored should be kept away from open fires and should not be in contact with chemicals; it should be stored in a dark place, avoid sun exposure, and take appropriate protective measures.
b. The sandwich panel should be stored on a solid, flat ground. The bottom should be covered with a soft pad. The spacing of the blocks should not exceed 1.5 m. Remember not to use wooden blocks.
c. Bulk stacking should not be higher than 1.5 meters, and prevent exposure and rain.
d. A clear mark should be placed around the cargo to avoid damage. Heavy objects and hard objects should not be placed on the plate to prevent scratching the surface. It is strictly forbidden to step on.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
a. The proper installation and maintenance is important to maintain the normal life cycle. All grease, dust, fingerprints or other stains must be removed to installation to ensure board life and board aesthetics.
b. Do not use solvents that are highly soluble on the surface of the board and cleaning tools that are easy to scratch the board.
