Site office construction structure
Length can be as 6m, 9m 12m for each unit
The steel structure can is connected by bolts, 4 sites corner connect, 4 site 3mm thickness columns, and 1.5mm thickness purlins.
All structure is painted, or galvanized steel to make it anti-rust
Site office sandwich panel system
Sandwich panel we can use rockwool sandwich panel (A grade fire resistance), or polyurethane sandwich panel (Good sound and heat insulation)
Cladding panel is for optional, you can choose different shaped cladding panel for outside decoration.
Roof and Ceiling System
The roof has three parts: 50mm glass wool for insulation, then have anti – water cloth, then have 0.5mm galvanized steel plate
Ceiling we use shaped 0.3mm galvanized steel plate. Will provide accessories for helping it fix on the purlin.
Pipe system
Copper, stainless steel, or Polycop piping is used for water supply, and PVC fittings for sewerage and wastewater.
Electrics:
Units are wired for connecting to 220 volt supply, in accordance with SABS 0142:1987, and are fitted with earth-leakage protection and distribution board. Lights, plugs, geyser and interior electrical fittings will be provide, need to be install on site
